- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally using de-escalation techniques
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local expert, recommending Oakland attractions and transportation options
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Oakland area attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license (for valet/shuttle duties)
