Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and cleanliness standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct room inspections and maintain inventory of supplies
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and local services
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
