Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and coordinate with housekeeping/ maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) for daily operations
- Collaborate with concierge and valet services to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for valet coordination)
