- Greet and welcome guests warmly, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor front desk operations during assigned shifts to ensure security and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room maintenance needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the premium standards of our property.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest-centric service.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driverβs license and a professional appearance.
