Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and exceed expectations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Coordinate transportation and local activity bookings
- Uphold resort standards through meticulous room inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality front desk experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and tourism
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
