Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Proactively address guest concerns with personalized solutions exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate guest records
- Promote resort amenities and upsell premium services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Execute emergency response protocols with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-volume front desk experience
- Expert knowledge of Opera PMS or comparable hotel management software
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
