Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Balance daily accounts and prepare accurate financial reports for management
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Respond to emergency situations and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate with engineering teams
- Train and support overnight staff to maintain service standards
- Prepare daily reports and update property management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night auditor experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, FOSSE preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with financial reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
