Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols and confidential guest information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Marriott, Hilton, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude with genuine hospitality passion
