Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and concierge services during weekend shifts.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for the front office and lobby areas.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols.
- Train and mentor weekend staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
