Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in registration and billing information.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions, balancing the daily bank deposit.
- Assist with concierge services, including recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
