Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and room assignments
- Process payments, issue key cards, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Respond to guest inquiries with knowledge of local attractions and services
- Execute upselling strategies to maximize room revenue and ancillary sales
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional errands
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/Chinese) highly desirable
