Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and precision
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain organized records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Massachusetts hospitality license or willingness to obtain
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French a plus
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
