Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring all standards are met.
- Manage shift schedules, staff supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism.
- Monitor security procedures and cash handling protocols to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement service recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
- Conduct opening and closing checks of the property.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office and housekeeping functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel within the facility.
