Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including check-in/out procedures and concierge support
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) efficiently
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the US
