Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel software systems
- Respond to guest inquiries with prompt, courteous, and accurate information
- Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and special requests
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment with professional appearance
- Handle emergency situations following hotel protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions and transportation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
