Responsibilities

- Handle basic guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
