Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality standards
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Conduct daily audits and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid AZ driver's license preferred
- Spanish fluency a plus
