Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Operations Management: Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries via email and chat.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to management while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Accounting: Process payments accurately using the property management system (PMS) and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Communication: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure guest needs are met during their stay.
- Security: Monitor security cameras and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a strong customer service background.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Madeline, or similar) is required.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
