Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are pristine.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash and credit control procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus but not required (we train willing candidates).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
