Responsibilities

  • Manage Night Operations: Oversee the front desk during night hours, ensuring all check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls are processed accurately and with a smile.
  • Guest Relations: Greet arriving guests warmly, resolve inquiries or complaints efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Security & Safety: Monitor building security systems, conduct regular patrols, and ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
  • Communication: Answer incoming phone lines promptly and relay messages to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage the mailroom, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency with computers and familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
