Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests with precision and warmth using Opera PMS
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP requests flawlessly
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams seamlessly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Train junior staff on brand standards and service protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Opera PMS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Boston attractions and local area essential
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages a major plus
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's/ServSafe certification
