Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy strategies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues using our CRM platform
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling initiatives for premium rooms and amenities
- Maintain security protocols for guest and property safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
