Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and speed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Assist in coordinating room service requests and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the service industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
