Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid DC hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
