Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Make beds and ensure linens are fresh and pressed.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest bathrooms and closets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Basic English language skills for communication.
