Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures during assigned shifts.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and prepare daily financial reports.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and service requests.
- Uphold the hotel's brand image and standards of excellence at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
