Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences to international and domestic guests
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera) to maintain accurate guest records
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Act as local tourism ambassador, recommending DC attractions and dining
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (hospitality background advantageous)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities highly valued
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
