As the first point of contact for our guests arriving late or staying late, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, secure, and welcoming experience for every visitor. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient guest check-ins and check-outs using the property management system (PMS).
- Manage night reception duties, including answering phones and handling incoming inquiries with a professional tone.
- Maintain high security standards, including monitoring key card access and lobby security.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared for early arrivals.
- Assist guests with local directions, dining recommendations, and special requests.
- Uphold the hotel's image by maintaining a pristine front desk environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently during low-traffic hours.
- High school diploma or GED required.
