Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Act as local tourism resource, providing recommendations for attractions and dining
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
- Multilingual skills (Spanish preferred) highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required
