Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless service
- Perform daily audits and report discrepancies to management
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
- Assist with special events, VIP arrivals, and group check-ins
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
