Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly maintained
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper chemical handling
- Manage inventory of linens and cleaning supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover
- Uphold strict confidentiality and guest privacy standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic English communication skills
