Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and conflict resolution with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel services, packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Support reservation management and room status updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque tourism and attractions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
