Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Act as a local resource for guests regarding attractions, transportation, and events
- Uphroom safety and security protocols for all guests and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish highly valued)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
