Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge duties
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently during assigned shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for room turnover and maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain security protocols during overnight shifts

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, nights)
