Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with accuracy
- Assist with event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid Washington state food handler/servers permit (if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
