What You'll Do:
- Greet all visitors and clients with a warm, professional welcome and direct them appropriately.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes for our executive suite tenants.
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries accurately.
- Perform light administrative duties, including mail sorting and package management.
- Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk to ensure seamless reception services.

- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure office-wide efficiency.
- Perform light cleaning and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Must possess a professional appearance and valid identification.
