Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Operations Management: Oversee the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and mail handling.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, route messages, and assist with general inquiries via phone and email.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate logs of visitors and manage the reception area to ensure it is organized and tidy.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or reception role is preferred but not always required for immediate hires.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment.
