Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold strict security protocols and confidential guest information handling
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
