We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic front office team. Previous experience is not required. We value personality, reliability, and a passion for hospitality above all else. We provide extensive training to help you grow into this role.
As the face of our hotel, you will create memorable first impressions for our guests and ensure their stay is comfortable from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and directions with enthusiasm.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints immediately to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office.
