Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out processes, reservations management, and personalized recommendations
- Manage room assignments, key issuance, and billing inquiries with precision and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly according to service standards
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Utilize hotel property management systems (Opera) efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
