Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with professionalism.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby area at all times.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
