Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, checking them in and out efficiently.
- Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle check-out procedures, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we value attitude over experience.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Must present a neat, professional appearance and possess a positive attitude.
