Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of excellence.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and furniture.
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (OSHA standards).
- Provide exceptional service to guests by maintaining a welcoming and tidy environment.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
