Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, managing email correspondence, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, while balancing the daily cash drawer and nightly audit reports.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and public spaces to reflect our high standards of hospitality.
  • Assist in coordinating housekeeping requests, maintenance repairs, and restaurant reservations to ensure seamless guest stays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or guest services role is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure during peak check-in/check-out times.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
