Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable individual who possesses a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. As the face of our hotel, you will set the tone for our guests' stay, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Execute a warm and professional check-in and check-out process for all guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, managing email correspondence, and handling cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Assist in the check-out process by ensuring accurate billing and providing information about local attractions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically Property Management Systems (PMS), is preferred.
- Ability to stand and move about the lobby and property for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
