Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Supervise front desk and housekeeping staff during your shift to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Guest Experience: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Shift Management: Oversee cash handling, key control, and timekeeping for the team.
- Operations: Ensure the hotel is clean, safe, and fully stocked at all times.
- Training: Assist in training new hires on company policies and service standards.
- Problem Solving: Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related customer service field.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
