Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Managing high-volume phone lines and email inquiries with a professional and courteous tone.
- Handling front desk operations, including mail services, package deliveries, and faxes.
- Assisting guests with concierge requests and providing local recommendations for Colorado Springs.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Resolving guest concerns and issues in a timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
