Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist guests with local recommendations and amenities
- Maintain accurate shift reports and guest records
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota hospitality certification a plus
- Multilingual skills highly desirable
