Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience required
- Proficient in reservation software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid New Mexico driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
