- Communication: Manage the front desk phone lines and respond to inquiries via email or in-person.
- Problem Solving: Address guest needs and resolve any issues quickly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash handling and credit card transactions securely.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management software.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk switchboard with professionalism.
- Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
